About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and creating a warm, friendly environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them every single day.
- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
- Handle medication for residents and maintain meticulous records of every aspect of care administered.
- Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations to initiate life-saving measures.
Requirements
- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Have a valid RN state license and CPR certification.
- Be experienced in all things nursing and how RNs practice medicine.
- Have knowledge about laws, regulations, and guidelines that relate to long-term care.
