We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Bid Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Bid division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of contract bids proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Source and shop vendor quotes for contract bids
- Upload vendor quotes and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with staff and vendors via email and phone
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze and track bid data
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to project discussions
- Conduct special projects as assigned by management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and its applications
- Basic computer skills, including email and internet navigation
- Experience with inventory software is an asset
- High School Diploma, some college education preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to continue training and development to enhance personal performance
