Job Overview:

Fidelity Investments is seeking a highly skilled Branch Leader to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial sales professionals and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of financial sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in financial sales roles
  • Three or more years of management experience in a financial services environment
  • Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses
