Project Management Associate Director

At S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering new product development and technology projects following an End-to-End project management process framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge and experience in managing cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing products and technologies, providing detailed and timely communication, and identifying process or principal deviations.

The Project Management Associate Director will also be responsible for managing products through the new product development process, researching and evaluating technologies, materials, and components, and communicating with project champions and sponsors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing products through the new product development process
  • Developing timelines, key milestones, and risk and mitigation plans
  • Researching and evaluating technologies, materials, and components
  • Communicating with project champions and sponsors
  • Providing technical and project leadership within a multi-functional team

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of RD&E/project management experience across functional teams or a Master's Degree with at least 3 years of RD&E/project management experience across functional teams.

Preferred experiences and skills include experience working in Consumer Products (CPG) or related industries, solid project management skills, strong communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility for calls/meetings across global time zones. The office environment is located in [insert location].

SC Johnson's total compensation packages are at or above industry levels. In addition to salary, total packages may include bonuses, long-term incentives, matching 401(k) contributions, and profit sharing based on company profitability, job level, and years of service.
