About the Job: In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all aspects of their experience, from arrival to departure. You will work closely with other teams to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Minimum 18 years old.
  • License: Valid state driver's license (where applicable).
  • Background Check: Pass background checks and maintain airport security clearance.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer operations.
