Job Overview:

This role provides personal care assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes or group settings. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and team members

Requirements:

  • No experience required; willingness to learn and grow
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
