We are seeking a skilled Back Office Phones Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls with a warm and friendly manner
  • Maintaining good communication with the Front Office Staff
  • Assisting the Front Office staff as needed
  • Processing and scheduling online appointment requests and confirming with patients
