As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facility programs and activities in accordance with regulations and company policy.
  • Recruit and select competent department directors, consultants, and other auxiliary personnel.
  • Delegate administrative authority and responsibility to other staff personnel as needed.
  • Consult with department directors to eliminate problem areas and improve services.
  • Assist in the planning and conducting of in-service training classes and on-the-job training programs.
  • Manage facility expenses and ensure compliance with the annual budget.
  • Ensure the facility remains survey-ready and compliant with company policy and governmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an NHA in DE.
  • Long-term care Administrator experience preferred.
