About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and operational support to our customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and sales teams, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Deliver educational programs and training to customers and internal stakeholders on Cardiac Rhythm Management products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
