LEFKOFF, RUBIN, GLEASON, RUSSO & WILLIAMS, P.C. is a dynamic law firm seeking an experienced Contract Support Specialist to assist with collection litigation.

The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent written communication skills and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions accurately.

A strong work ethic, which includes being punctual, reliable, and committed to meeting all client needs, is essential in our fast-paced environment. Entry-level experience in a law office setting, including e-filing and basic Microsoft Office proficiency, is preferred.

Applicants with collection or similar litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide contract support for collection litigation
  • Assist attorneys with research and document preparation
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of court documents

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
