Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Ambassador to join our team at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities.

The Service Ambassador is responsible for ensuring that residents and guests have a positive dining experience. This includes seating tables, providing menus, and answering any initial questions they may have.

• Seat tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide menus and answer questions about the menu items
• Answer phone calls and coordinate call-ahead seating
• Manage walk-ins using reservation software
• Process charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale system

To be successful as a Service Ambassador, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

The estimated salary range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, with the starting rate varying based on skills and experience.
