About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our global snack brands are well-represented and stocked in retail stores across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps.
  • Ensure that our leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
  • Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Waterloo, NY.
  • Secondary locations: Geneva and/or Auburn, NY.
  • Schedule availability required: Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri.
