About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team at Bensonhurst Dental. This role will be responsible for delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient, while maintaining a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
  • Reach out to new patient leads via phone and email to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Follow up and stay in touch with patients after consultations to build strong relationships.
  • Register new and returning patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Arrange patient transportation as necessary to and from the office.
  • Provide administrative support duties, including calendar management, data entry, mail and email sorting, and document signing.
  • Protect patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and medical information.
  • Answer patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep track of patients' birthdays and special occasions.
  • Filter new patient leads to ensure the best possible patient experience.
  • Continuously assess the schedule to ensure optimum patient flow.
  • Monitor patient reviews and feedback to improve our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office, preferably in a dental setting.
  • In-depth understanding of best practices for customer service and patient care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, with experience in dental office software.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • On-call mentality and ability to work remotely at all times.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
