About the role of Strategic Business Lead at Staffworthy, we seek an accomplished professional to lead our analysis team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • As a Strategic Business Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with our top clients, ensuring optimal engagement and adherence to the analysis timeline.
  • Key responsibilities include guaranteeing client satisfaction, frequent communication with top clients and decision-makers, and understanding and managing the decision-making process involving key influencers.
  • You will lead commercial negotiations to secure a go-ahead, collaborate with Practice leadership on study plans, and set expectations for the Analysis team.
  • Oversight of business case and engagement plan development, resolution of internal and external barriers, and ensuring high-quality presentations and effective data visualization are also crucial aspects of this role.
  • Additionally, you will support sales/business development through pre-analysis assessments, develop the Analysis budget, and define team requirements.
  • Training and coaching Analysis Associates, completing Analysis within budget, and managing AR and expenses are also essential tasks.
  • Providing thought leadership for analysis skills and tools is a critical aspect of this position.

Requirements for the Strategic Business Lead role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of consultative sales, project management, or analytical experience
  • Experience in Staffworthy's targeted industries and TVO focus areas
  • Building top-level relationships with C-level customers
  • Previous experience in related industries preferred
  • Previous experience in selling and managing analysis in the consulting industry preferred
  • Deep knowledge and continuous learning in the consulting industry
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Initiative, drive, and desire for success
  • Effective teamwork and creative problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

Travel requirements for this role include being willing to travel extensively, up to 85%.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $135,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and location. This figure is based on industry standards and is not a reflection of Staffworthy's budget.
