Nursing Services Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional registered nurse to fill the position of Nursing Services Surveyor Consultant in the State of Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have experience working in long-term care facilities and be familiar with state and federal regulations.

As a Nursing Services Surveyor Consultant, you will perform surveys of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting interviews with facility staff and residents
  • Reviewing facility records and policies
  • Making observations of resident care

You must have post-high school coursework/training in professional nursing and a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include a comprehensive package of pay, benefits, paid time off, retirement, and professional development opportunities.
