Gravis Law, PLLC is a dynamic law firm seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney I to join our team. As a high-level attorney with 5+ years of law practice experience, you will thrive in a collaborative culture with substantial support and autonomy.

The successful candidate will receive a significant portion (approximately 70%) of their work through the firm's lead generation and marketing efforts, as well as from other attorneys in the office. They are expected to generate a substantial portion (30%) of their own billable work, with opportunities to present at events and participate in organization leadership initiatives.

Job Description:
  • Mediate complex legal issues with a proven track record
  • Pursue trial experiences with significant success
  • Analyze and research complex legal issues
  • Write comprehensive documents, including memorandums, briefs, and letters
  • Market your and the firm's services to prospective clients
  • Perform discovery and due diligence in preparation for litigation
  • Demonstrate strong communication and advocacy skills
  • Manage your schedule to ensure timely consults and closure of cases within Gravis's collection objectives
Requirements:
  • Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
  • Be admitted (or eligible for reciprocal admission) to the bar in the state where you intend to practice
  • Have 5+ years of experience as an attorney

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus bonuses.
