Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist

About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. In this role, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that drive meaningful results. Your expertise will be essential in creating a positive and supportive environment that fosters patient success and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient care data, adhering to established guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate patients' progress, document care, and provide supportive interventions to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and prioritizing patient goals and objectives.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, promoting independence and self-efficacy.
- Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
- Valid CPR License.
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
