Estimator Opportunity in Mechanical Construction

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at a well-established company in the Mechanical Construction industry. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in reading and interpreting construction drawings, performing detailed take-offs, and accurately calculating costs for HVAC, piping, and plumbing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Perform detailed take-offs and cost calculations accurately
  • Prioritize tasks and meet timelines
  • Collaborate with team members and project managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the mechanical contracting industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
  • Ability to perform detailed take-offs and cost calculations accurately

  • MS Suite, Bluebeam, ProCore, Trimble or similar experience preferred
