Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join LyTa Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
  • They will develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Our ideal candidate will also perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Additionally, they will create new processes to improve financial efficiency and report analysis and findings to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and examine financial records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
  • Budgeting: Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Audit and Compliance: Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
  • Reporting: Report analysis and findings to management.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Experience: Previous experience in accounting or other related fields.
  • Fundamental Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail and deadline-oriented.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
