We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to our patients and residents at Senior Total Life Center (STLC). As a Registered Dietitian, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients and residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with a major in Nutrition. Master's Degree plus approved work preferred.
• ADA registered.
• Current state licensure as a Dietitian
• One year of experience working with the frail elderly population.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Experience working with the elderly population
