Job Description

Meta Employer Brand is seeking a skilled Content Marketer to join our team. As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand marketing initiatives that showcase Meta as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global employer brand content plan to support company and recruiting priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day cross-functional content strategy planning and execution.
  • Create engaging organic and paid content for social media, website, and blog features.
  • Discover and amplify employee stories through interviews and editorials.
  • Manage ad strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop best-in-class creative.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, editing, and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and creative content creation.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new skill sets and operational challenges.
  • Interest in Meta's mission and values.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience on an Employer Brand or Recruitment Marketing team.

Compensation:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
