Job Summary

As a Clinical Dietitian at Spectrum Health, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized nutrition care to our patients. Your expertise will be essential in identifying patients at nutrition risk, assessing their nutritional status, and developing tailored nutrition care plans. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives and research to enhance nutrition care practices.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in our electronic health record system.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in dietetics or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Work Environment

This part-time position is located at our Taylor Hospital Telegraph site. You will work a 20-hour schedule, Monday to Friday, with variable weekend hours.
