Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide evidence-based medical care to patients with complex needs in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat Illnesses: Perform thorough examinations to diagnose and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other health issues.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Patient Collaboration: Provide personalized care to seniors and patients with complex needs, addressing their unique requirements and concerns.
  • Medical Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Licensure: Active state Nurse Practitioners license, Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification, and Active state DEA licensure.
  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Experience: Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, proficiency in medical instruments and equipment, and knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes weekdays and daytime shifts only, mileage reimbursement for certain roles, flexible schedule, employee referral program, professional licensure reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and employee discounts.
