Barback - PT

As a Barback at RA Sushi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars. Your responsibilities will include assisting bartenders with basic prep work, maintaining service level standards, and ensuring the lounge, bar, and bar storage areas are organized, stocked, clean, and efficient.

• Assist bartenders with refilling ice bins, restocking liquor, replacing kegs, cutting garnishes, and clearing away and washing empty glasses.
• Maintain service level standards by assisting bartenders as needed.
• Ensure the lounge, bar, and bar storage areas are organized, stocked, clean, and efficient.

• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• A basic understanding of beer, wine, spirits, and sake is preferred.
• Must be certified in Responsible Alcohol Service by the applicable agency.
• Where applicable, holds a state and/or local food handlers card.
• Ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance with state law.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.
