About the Role: Golden Corral is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in preparing high-quality, freshly baked products. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all bakery items meet quality and freshness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
  • Prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs
  • Complete use and following of the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
  • Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards
  • Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields
  • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide

Requirements:

  • Excellent baking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures
