About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lead Cosmetics Artist to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a champion of our brand, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences in our MAC cosmetics department.

Job Summary

• Maintain high levels of product knowledge and provide expert guidance to guests on MAC and Ulta Beauty products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, promoting loyalty and retention through personalized service and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the growth of the MAC brand within the store.
• Collaborate with other associates to ensure seamless execution of services, events, and promotions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.

• You possess significant competency in sales, products, and service, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.
