ABA Therapist

Vibrant ABA is a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing evidence-based ABA therapy programs, working closely with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one in-home ABA services to clients with ASD
• Establishing strong relationships with clients and their families
• Collecting data and communicating findings to clients' behavior analysis teams

To excel in this role, you will require:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in the field of ABA
• Interest in pursuing Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Ability to provide care in home environments
• Bilingualism is a plus
