Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain floors, walls, and other surfaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve our cleaning processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning operation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least six months of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
