About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Dental Dreams LLC in Leominster, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage daily patient goals
  • Answer phones, confirm appointments, and greet patients
  • Accurately verify dental benefits and maintain detailed patient records
  • Collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles, and create insurance claims
  • Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
Requirements
  • Customer service experience
  • Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft software proficiency
