Your Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Active IA RN license.
