Victoria's Secret & Co is seeking a seasoned retail leader to drive top-line sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences as a Customer Experience and Sales Growth Manager.

Compensation: $23.30 - $30.40 per hour

Job Description

This role reports to the Store Manager and oversees the sales floor, team coaching and development, performance management, and selling. The successful candidate will also support operational excellence through visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.

The Customer Experience and Sales Growth Manager will lead by example, demonstrating company values, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and conducting associate observations and coaching.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve top-line sales growth
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
  • Managing labor hours and inventory levels to maximize profitability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for the Victoria's Secret brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • At least 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
