Job Summary

We are looking for a talented attorney to represent veterans in disability hearings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterans disability law and excellent communication skills. The attorney will work closely with our team to prepare and present cases, ensuring that our clients receive the benefits they deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present cases in disability hearings
  • Review and analyze medical and service records to prepare cases
  • Communicate with clients and their families to ensure they understand the process and their rights
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless case management
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in veterans disability law and regulations

Requirements

  • Admission to the bar in a U.S. state or territory
  • VA accreditation preferred
  • Experience in veterans disability or social security law preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
