Server Associate

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our IHOP team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
• Provide menu recommendations and additional information to guests.
• Upsell additional products when appropriate.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely fashion.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
• Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server is a plus.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
