About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Assurance Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet defined standards and requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within projects, and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project performance, including progress, risks, and issues, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with project teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, and logs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in project management or quality assurance roles.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 4 years of project management experience within the transportation industry.
  • Certification: Professional certification in project management.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, proficiency in project management software and tools.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
