Renal Disease Specialist

At American Renal Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled Renal Disease Specialist to join our team. As a Renal Disease Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, promoting a culture of empathy and compassion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in renal disease management and treatment options.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
  • Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.
