Key Responsibilities- Provide competent nursing care to patients presenting to the Blood Donor Services, including delegation to and supervision of professional and non-professional clinical staff.
- Assure the safety of donors and the safety of the blood collected.
- Document relevant and required donor information in accordance with all Regulatory Standards.
- Collaborate with all involved medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Donor service background preferred.
