Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our team at the Department of Transportation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing national leadership in the oversight of Title VI investigations and stewardship responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and oversight on Title VI investigations and compliance
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Title VI
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations of Civil Rights programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations
  • Collaborate with field offices to maintain a current understanding of complex issues and emerging trends
  • Participate in national, regional, and local conferences and forums to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in a senior-level position with expertise in Title VI investigations and compliance
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to advise and guide others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
