Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lockport, IL. As an integral member of our team, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating students with physical, sensory, or motor skills deficits.
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students with physical, sensory, or motor skill challenges.
- Personalized Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each student's unique needs and goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide effective direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Progress Monitoring: Continually assess student progress and adapt treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborative Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster effective communication and support for our students.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of best practices in the field.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A current state license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
What We Offer:
