Speech Therapist Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, promoting effective communication and academic success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Regularly monitor students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current Virginia state licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
