CNC Machinist

Precision fabricators with CNC machining experience are in high demand, and PPS-HPS is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a CNC Machinist. This is a full-time, permanent position on the first shift with a competitive pay rate of approximately $55,000 per year, plus benefits.

• Operate CNC machining centers efficiently, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Set up and calibrate machine tools, ensuring accuracy and precision in every part produced.
• Use precision measurement instruments to verify dimensional accuracy and maintain tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with production teams to meet daily production schedules and ensure seamless workflow.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for each job, maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient processing.

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a metal fabrication environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages and ability to edit existing programs to improve efficiency.
• Haas experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
• The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, demonstrating physical stamina and adaptability.
