Job Summary: D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a skilled Regional Paralegal to support the Region Counsel in managing regional litigation and legal responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Region Counsel in managing regional litigation, including preparing and maintaining a database of litigation matters.
  • Manage the litigation calendar and case files.
  • Review marketing programs and materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain contractor's licenses and real estate licenses for division offices.
  • Prepare and maintain lease database for regional and division offices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or six or more years of related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or via DRH applications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email.
  • Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
