Compensation & Benefits

  • The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00.
  • In addition to competitive pay, associates may also be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives.
  • Additional compensation includes premiums paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Responsibilities

  1. Walk up to 5 miles each day while fulfilling online customer orders.
  2. Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor.
  3. Ensure customer orders are filled accurately.
  4. Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude.
  5. Dispense customer orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions.
