We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role is a great opportunity to establish a long-term career with Wells Fargo, a leading financial services company.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. You will also complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customer engagement through efficient transaction processing and digital solution sharing
  • Complete operational tasks with minimal risk exposure
  • Maintain a deep understanding of bank procedures and products
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization to deliver excellent customer experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a banking or customer-facing role is an asset.

Additionally, you should be able to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss. Your ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines is also essential.
