Job Overview

As a Research and Development Technician, you will work closely with our Technical Manager to develop new technologies and improve existing processes. You will be responsible for operating lab equipment, analyzing data, and conducting experiments to test products and compounds.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you are self-motivated and have a proven track record of delivering results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of new technology and improve existing processes.
  • Operate lab equipment, including extruders, to meet customer needs and development requirements.
  • Analyze data from compounding and testing work projects to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct experiments to test products, compounds, or batches for defined goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in a compounding/manufacturing facility, preferably with analytical or plastics testing methods and equipment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with an emphasis on data analysis and interpretation.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines.
