">Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to a group of residents, working closely with their families to ensure their needs are met.
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care, including assistance with daily living activities, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know each resident's unique preferences and personalities.
">Key Responsibilities:- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Provide individualized care and support
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Participate in staff development and training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
