Overview

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our MRI Radiology team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality diagnostic services while enhancing the patient experience.

The successful candidate will be on the front lines coordinating patient flow and throughput, supervising and training a dynamic team, and regularly assessing departmental processes to recommend ways to continuously improve performance.

This full-time, day flex position is Monday-Friday at our Weill Cornell Medical Center location.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the MRI Radiology team
  • Coordinate patient flow and throughput
  • Supervise and train staff members
  • Assess and improve departmental processes
  • Perform scans as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Previous experience supervising radiology staff in a hospital setting
  • Graduate of an accredited radiology program
  • New York State Radiological Technologist license
  • ARRT Certification in MRI
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hospital setting
