At Bank Iowa Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Clear Lake location.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Branch Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community leaders.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
