Job Summary

The Per Diem Echocardiograph Technologist is responsible for acquiring and interpreting m-mode, 2-D, pulse and continuous Doppler and color Doppler echocardiograms, contrast echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms, as well as completing echo worksheets and performing all necessary calculations in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and interpret echocardiograms, including m-mode, 2-D, pulse and continuous Doppler and color Doppler echocardiograms, contrast echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.
  • Complete echo worksheets and perform all necessary calculations in a timely manner.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
  • ARDMS Registry to be completed within 12 months of Date of Hire.
