Audi Internet Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audi Internet Sales Manager to join our team at Hanania Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and dominating our digital sales strategy, engaging and converting high-value prospects, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of Internet Sales Associates to achieve sales success
* Engage and convert high-value prospects through phone and email
* Use our cutting-edge CRM system to build a powerful prospect pipeline and track customer interactions
* Implement an effective owner follow-up system to fuel repeat business and boost customer satisfaction scores
* Transfer online leads efficiently to the Sales team and collaborate with Sales Management to deliver timely, accurate quotes and information
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in the retail automotive industry with a stellar track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
* Top-notch customer service, communication, and organizational skills
* Comfortable handling high call and email volumes, with proficiency in CRM systems
* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
