About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Data Specialist to produce high-quality survey drawings, legal descriptions, and exhibits using Civil 3D and MicroStation software.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, and work collaboratively with our registered land surveyors and civil engineers.



Responsibilities:



  • Communicate effectively with land surveyors and survey crew chiefs before, during, and after fieldwork
  • Utilize Civil 3D and MicroStation to prepare boundary, ALTA, topographic, engineering, as-built, and easement surveys, descriptions, and exhibits
  • Work closely with land surveying crews to accurately draft survey data and project managers to meet required deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Conduct research and accurately write job request orders
  • Draw deed sketches and research Deed and GLO records both online and in courthouses


Requirements:



  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
  • High School Diploma or equivalent


What We Offer:


We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
